This airy apartment is one our latest collaborations. The owners, Paige and Rick from the USA, are both interior designers, so after purchasing this beautiful apartment in the Carre D’Or district, they wanted to renovate it into another of their layered and charming spaces.

One of my first properties and one of my dearest is the Katja apartment. Located in the heart of the Old Town of Nice, in a building classified as a historical monument and home to the famous nicois restaurant Chez Acchiardo.
