Next to the living/dinning area you can find the fully equipped kitchen which leads to the covered terrace and the big garden.

To the left there is a separated service toilet and the laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

Moving forward you can find the third bedroom with a walk in closet and opening to the back of the house and garden. It’s ensuite bathroom has a sink and a bathtub.

Just in front of the entrance there is the stairway leading to the first floor and it’s separated bedroom with a walk in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink and a bathtub.

The whole house has airconditioning and mosquito nets 

The pool is  5m wide and 11m long and has sun loungers and umbrellas. A security alarm is available.
